:: FACTS & FIGURES:
  1. Exhibition is held Astana and Almaty by turns, what allow ensuring wider territory coverage of Kazakhstan participants and visitors.
  2. 80-100 companies from 11-14 countries of the world take part in Exhibition annually
  3. 2800-4000 professionals from different economic sectors visit the exhibition.
  4. Annually, high level officials of Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Republican state enterprises and City Akimats participate in the Exhibition Opening Ceremony
  5. Republic Kazakhstan State Enterprises, represent whole transport infrastructure of the country are in the list of permanent Exhibition participants as well as the key and biggest local companies, work in transport and logistics field.
  6. In 2010 Exhibition will be held in the new exhibition complex KORME, which present the modern exhibition halls, well-developed infrastructure and centralized location in the city.

:: ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN: The organisers annually perform large-scale activities to involve professional visitors, including:
  • - Direct delivery of 10,000 invitations according to the database, by surface mail, fax and e-mail.
  • - Calls of potential visitors with personal invitation to the exhibition.
  • - Advertising, articles and invitations in specialised local and international mass- media.
  • - Advertising banners and boards on the city’s central streets.
:: Exhibition Schedule (seminars, presentations etc): Organisers will be glad to provide Exhibitors with opportunity to use Equipped Seminars Room.

Equipment includes:
LCD Projector, Screen, Laptop, Sound System and Assistant.

The information about the seminars and presentations will be included to Exhibition programme, which will be distributing from Registration Desk, put inside the Exhibitors Pack and placed on Special Posters in exhibition pavilion :: IMPORTANT! The new Customs Union represented by Kazakhstan, Russia and Belorussia came into effect from 1 January 2010.
The creation of Custom Union provides the formation of integrated custom area, and within its range customs tariffs and economic restrictions will not be applied. In the framework of Custom Union consolidated custom tariffs and other unified measures regulating trade with third countries are used.
