The signed document sets up basic principles and directions of cooperation between the Kazakh and Japanese sides in joint participation in establishing an international center, in particular attraction of investments to develop the Kazakh part of “Horgos” as well as mutual information support and exchange of experience.
According to Executive Secretary of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade Vyacheslav Sovetsky the Ministry works in six areas. One of the leading trends is the industrial-innovation that has priority to attract investments. As is expected, the strategic location of the center gives an incentive to the development of the whole region and transit potential of the country in the system of international logistics business.
